Nan’s Wild Blueberry Muffins

Nan’s Classic Chocolate Chip Muffins
Straight from her recipe book
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients:
½ cup of Butter
2 Eggs
½ cup Fresh Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 ½ cups Blueberries
OR
1 cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease pan.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs one at a time to creamed butter, beating well after each addition.
In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients to creamed butter.
Add milk and vanilla.
Blueberry:
Crush ½ cup of blueberries with some milk.
Fold in remaining 2 cups of blueberries.
OR
Chocolate Chip:
Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into greased muffin pan.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes or until done.
Let cool, and enjoy!
